My Vocca ("we," "us," "our") makes the My Vocca mobile app, which generates personalized bedtime stories for children. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how it's used.

| Generated stories | The text, illustration, and audio narration of each story created for your child, so you can revisit them in your library. |
| Subscription status | Purchase and subscription/entitlement status, handled through Apple/Google and our subscription provider, RevenueCat. |
We do not collect location data, contacts, photos from your device, or advertising identifiers, and the app contains no third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
We do not sell your data or your child's data, and we do not use it for advertising.
To provide the app's features, the information above is shared with the following service providers, solely to perform the function listed:

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and only to deliver the service described above.
Your child's profile and story library are kept until you delete them in the app or request account deletion. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us using the email below — we'll delete it within 30 days.
My Vocca is designed for parents and guardians to use on behalf of their children. We collect only the minimal child information described above (first name, age range, chosen story goal) directly entered by the parent/guardian operating the app, and this data is used solely to generate and store stories for that child within the app — never for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to providing the service. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children without a parent or guardian's involvement.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with our infrastructure providers listed above. Access to your data is restricted to what's needed to provide the app's functionality.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us below. Depending on your region, you may have additional rights under laws such as GDPR or CCPA.
We may update this policy as the app changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
